We are so excited to share the details for our upcoming Paint Your Pet Night — a creative and fun evening celebrating our beloved furry family members!
This will be a humans-only evening (no pets in attendance), perfect for honoring your pup, cat, or other beloved companion in a unique and artistic way. And great for pet parents who can't always attend our other pet events due to having a more shy or homebody type pet. What We’ll Be Doing Local artist Rob Lynch will design and sketch a custom cartoon-style portrait of your pet in advance. When you arrive, your pet’s portrait will already be lightly sketched on 100% cotton watercolor paper (sized 8x8 or 8x10, depending on the best composition). You’ll then be guided step-by-step on how to: -Line your portrait using a brush pen -Color it using water-based inks All materials are provided, and absolutely no experience is necessary. Whether you’re artistic or haven’t painted since middle school, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind keepsake! How to Submit Your Pet Photos Once you register, please email reference photos by March 20th to: robertpatricklynch@gmail.com Subject line: SCNN Vine Bar March 26th For dogs, it’s especially helpful to include both a front and side view. In your email, feel free to get creative! Let the artist know: -If you’d like your pet wearing something (a Bruins bandana, funny hat, etc.) -If you’re submitting two pets and want a specific pose (Step Brothers portrait stance perhaps?) -Preferred background color -A personality trait you’d love captured -Any other fun details he should know Customize your request however you’d like — this is your pet’s moment! What’s Included Registration includes: -A custom pre-sketched portrait designed by Rob Lynch -All painting materials -Step-by-step instruction -One complimentary drink (redeemable with a drink ticket upon arrival)
It will be a relaxed, social evening filled with creativity, laughter, and plenty of proud pet-parent moments. Spots are limited, so be sure to register early! We can’t wait to see everyone’s masterpieces and celebrate the pets we love so much.
